The first time I worked for Studio Rakete. This still was a fusion show, we did a lot in lua and tried to keep all as tidy as possible. Simon Isenberg had written a script to create the right eye tree from the left one, that saved us a ton of time. We had to fix a lot of 3d renderings, they often had issues in shading between the two eyes. So reprojection and what not was normal.
Also for all the matte paintings and skies we did, we first had to get our stereo rig into fusion. Back then all it had was a toe in rig, so I had to send them the math and they incorporated that super quickly. Then it was a proper backplate shifting rig which would not create disparities on its own.
